Mr. Dilpreet Singh Sachdeva, the driving force behind this team has done his B.Tech in Computer Science from ITM University, Gwalior and has opted for the specialization in Marketing from Coventry University, London. He holds hands-on experience in both IT and marketing sector having worked in Wipro Technologies and Harrods, London respectively . This has helped him gain understanding of the blend that education and technology can offer which has helped him carve his niche into the education field. He has been actively involved to give the brand ‘Little falcons’ a unique edge over others with experiential learning in the Learn, Groom, Care concept. With his young mind, he aspires high and likes to take new roles and responsibilities. Proving the same notion, he is heading overall operations of the school at Head office. He aims to give a smooth and constructive direction to all new franchisees having direct involvement at field level to solve the issues and queries pertaining to the system. He firmly believes that innovation and creativity are essential nowadays and it’s best when instilled in their blooming ages as ‘ Children are not things to be molded but are people to be unfolded’.

Mr. Tarvinder Pal Singh Sachdeva, strongly believes this saying and values his time. Having his B.Tech from Gurunanak Dev College, Bidar in 1988 has since been thoroughly involved in shaping the young lives through his profuse knowledge and it’s been good 35 years of him doing that. Handling different roles and responsibilities from his early age onwards, further specializing into parent counselling, conflict handling , psychology analysis of kids ; Mr. Singh is actively heading the Admissions Team at his initial project ‘National Children Higher Secondary School’, Gwalior. He has diligently walked in his father’s footsteps and established the school with his practical and passionate mind. Moreover, he is a disciplined trainer having good interpersonal skills being a member of various social clubs like Rotary, JCI. In his opinion, children are the assets and we the investors; whereby the school acts as that entity in which we as individuals can invest our time, money, efforts to possess and keep the valuable assets intact who in future will multiply by the knowledge fed to them today.
Parvinder Kaur

Dr. Parvinder Kaur, is Phd in English and possesses B.A. , M.A. and B.Ed qualifications. With over 30 years of experience in the field of education, Mrs. Kaur has held various responsibilities and has completely engrossed herself in the holistic development of students through integrated and student-centered curriculum. She has been working relentlessly in designing and implementing the curriculum. Teaching according to her is a passion and can be implemented outside classes also. According to her, ethics and ethos are equally important along with academic knowledge. With her expertise, she is taking academics to a new horizon. Her vision is to make every child equally good and smart using experiential learning.
Divjot Kaur

Mrs. Divjot Kaur, having her graduation in Commerce from University of Delhi, is handling the operations at our headquarters. She is currently pursuing B.Ed . She is young and has a dynamic personality. She believes the motto of the school should be ‘Service before Self’. Having worked in the HR role at HCL technologies, she has the experience of one-to-one interactions and talent management. A good speaker , empathetic , full of zeal and positivity she believes to add value to the institution as the saying goes ’ To win the marketplace, you must first win the workplace’.
